Creation of parks and other recreational facilities
Protection of vast natural resources such as creeks, trees and wildlife
Woodland Acres Neighborhood Association is defined by all houses and property owners of Walnut Ridge, Red Fox Ridge and Briar Ridge Drive. This neighborhood is residential and not intended for commercial use. The roadways are maintained by the homeowners and not intended for consistent commercial use.
The purpose of Woodland Acres Neighborhood Neighborhood Association is to offer Woodland Acres property owners a forum to address and solve problems of the Woodland Acres area and disseminate information between the city and county governments and other organizations.
Membership includes all Woodland Acres homeowners. Each member family will be allowed voting privileges of one (1) vote per person with a maximum of two (2) votes per household if annual dues are paid up-to-date.
Membership dues are subject to expenses of the association and may change from year to year. Annual dues are to be paid by May 1st of each year. April 1st is the beginning of the fiscal year for Woodland Acres Neighborhood Association. The amount will be voted on and set each year at the annual meeting. The annual meeting is typically the end of March. Delinquent dues are defined as eight (8) months following the due date. Liens may be filed against households that are more than eight (8) months delinquent in due payments. All fees associated with the filing of a lien will be charged to the delinquent household. This does not limit the use of other means of collection at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
